In your capacity, you will support team located in different wind farms according to the business needs, in aligning with the organization's key values and performing effectively in their positions. Your key responsibilities will include safety leadership, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer account management. You will be deeply involved in technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuring optimal turbine performance.ResponsibilitiesCultivate an environment focused on safety at the site, promoting continuous improvement in safety performance.Develop and empower your team to efficiently operate and maintain wind turbine plants.Establish robust partnerships with clients to guarantee the fulfillment of contractual commitments.Manage costs effectively to meet budgetary targets for service contracts.Coordinate scheduled maintenance and problem-solving efforts to optimize turbine performance.CompetenciesProficient in business management, with capabilities in fiscal oversight and assessing organizational effectiveness.Applied leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and motivating teams.Proficiency in safety programs, practices, and procedures.Highly motivated and accountable, with proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement.Previous budgeting and project management experience.Experienced in negotiating agreements while prioritizing customer satisfaction.Qualifications2-3 years of management experience in a related service field.Willingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed.Availability for traveling 100% of the time.Technical background, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment.Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written.Valid driver's license and passport.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are met by an employee, to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable team members with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.Hearing ability to use telephones, close range radios or related device.Visual acuity including depth perception, field of vision and the ability to distinguish between colors.Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed, as well as physical coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at times supervise work in confined space environments.Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight.Ability to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest & High Angle Emergency Decent, and Confined Space.Ability to participate fully in all training courses, including controlled decent practical exercises.Due to safety parameters of fall protection equipment, the total weight of required PPE and gear shall weigh 300 lbs or less while being worn.
