We are looking for a hands‑on Station Leader who is ready to build, lead, and grow a high‑performing team from the ground up. This is a player‑coach role —you won’t just manage the operation; you’ll be in it. Expect to spend up to 50 % of your time driving, leading by example, and setting the standard for safety, service, and performance. What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day station operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environ ment Drive routes and transport airline crew members safely and professionally (up to 50 % of the time) Hire, train, coach, and develop drivers and support staff Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies Monitor KPIs, schedules, and service levels to meet client expectations Partner with dispatch, safety, and leadership teams to drive performance Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and growth What We’re Looking For: Proven manager with leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or operations Hands‑on, “lead from the front” mindset—this is not a desk‑only role Open availability – must be able to support a 24/7/365 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays) Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in a fast‑moving environment Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Leader/ Driver Qualifications (Required): Must be at least 21 years of age Clean driving record (no moving violations in the past 3 years) Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and DOT physical Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with crew luggage Strong focus on safety and adherence to all company driving policies No personal mobile device usage while operating company vehicles (per company policy) Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Why Join SkyHop Global: Opportunity for rapid career advancement within a national company Competitive salary + performance‑based incentives Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Work alongside a leadership team committed to Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, and Growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
