Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY welcome to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Strong skills in communication, assessment, and intervention
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments to students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services to students while monitoring and documenting progress
• Engage in regular team meetings, consultations, and professional development
• Offer support and training to teachers and parents as needed to promote student success
