Bring at least two years of ICU experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to manage complex conditions such as ARDS, sepsis, stroke, STEMI, DKA, and post-op complications with confidence. You'll work a three 12-hour day shift in a travel assignment, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver precise care and thorough documentation. Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHHS prior to start
• Diagnoses include ARDS Sepsis Stroke STEMI DKA Post-op complications Cardiogenic shock GIB COPD exacerbation encephalopathy Liver failure Drug overdose ESRD on CRRT
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed
• No Travel Pairs (regardless if one is on another unit)
• Ratio / Census: 1:2-3 (Traveler should be prepared for the possibility of taking a 3rd patient)
• Locals Accepted - Same Rate
• RTO: 7 days maximum per contract
