Details Work in the Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care unit (B2) of a hospital setting Day shift schedule No blocked scheduling permitted Requirements Active NYS RN license required at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Neuro ICU/SICU specialty required BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required Epic EMR experience required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Must complete facility competency testing for ICU units with up to 2 attempts to pass Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to surgical and neuroscience ICU patients Facility only accepts medical flu vaccine exemptions signed by a licensed professional; personal or religious declinations are not accepted Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties are not eligible More than 3 call outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks of the last call out RTO requests must be submitted with initial consideration American Traveler Job ID P-735115.
