We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and the support needed to help you succeed from day one.**Role Overview*** Meet with homeowners in assigned territories to assess roofing, exterior, and restoration needs* Educate customers on available solutions and guide them through the process from inspection to project completion* Build lasting relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact throughout each project* Deliver professional presentations and help homeowners make informed decisions for their property* Manage a pipeline of prospects while tracking progress toward monthly goals* Grow quickly through structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training opportunities**Who We’re Looking For**No prior roofing or sales experience is required — we provide paid training and the tools needed to succeed.
