Mad River Community Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services to patients in our Occupational Health Clinic . This includes pre-employment testing and physicals, performing DOT examinations, and providing care for Workers’ Compensation injuries and illnesses.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

1. Current California Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
2. Current CME Certification
3. Current BLS and ACLS certification
4. Current DEA Certificate
5. Three to five years of experience in an Occupational Health Clinic setting

The hospital operates several outpatient clinics, including surgery, orthopedic, occupational health, pain management, wound care, behavioral health, three primary care clinics, and two physical therapy/sports rehabilitation clinics in Arcata and Willow Creek. There is a 2-acre on-site farm that provides our cafeteria with produce for serving patients and staff.
