Job Overview A law firm seeks an Experienced Estate Planning Attorney for its office in Pasadena, CA. The attorney will handle a variety of legal matters in estates, trusts, tax, business, and wealth planning. Responsibilities include business development, client consultations, and estate administration. Duties Engage in business development and client consultations. Draft and execute planning documents, including trusts. Prepare and review contracts and business filings. Communicate with clients and involved parties. Manage a case portfolio and contribute to firm growth. Requirements Minimum three years of experience in estate and tax planning. Exceptional research and writing skills. Experience in trust administration and probate procedure. Strong academic background. Solid business development skills. Experience in business transactional practice is a plus. Effective client interaction and communication skills. Self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Education JD required; LLM in tax or estate planning preferred. Certifications Admitted to the California Bar. Skills Fluent in Mandarin Chinese preferred.
