COMPENSATION: Earn What You Are Worth

• Solo Driver Pay: $0.56 to $0.64 CPM based on your verifiable experience.

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,300 to $1,500 per week (Top 20 percent earn $1,700 ).

• Additional Pay: $15 Stop Pay plus coverage for Breakdown, Detention, and Layovers.

• Consistent Payday: Direct deposit hits every Friday.

THE RUN: Efficient and Reliable

• Freight: 100 percent No Touch 53 foot Dry Van.

• Efficiency: 60 percent Drop and Hook. We keep you moving to maximize your clock.

• Steady Miles: Average 2,100 miles per week with minimal downtime between loads.

• Equipment: Assigned, late model automatic tractors.

CAREER GROWTH AND SUPPORT

• For Experienced Drivers: Fast track orientation to get you solo and earning top CPM immediately.

• For Entry Level Drivers: Paid mentorship program ($650/week) with a dedicated trainer to prepare you for solo success.

• Home Time: Regional routes with a schedule of two weeks out and two days at home.
