Certified Service TechnicianWe are looking for a Certified Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 2 years of experience. Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers!Location: This job is located in Luverne, Minnesota 624 S Kniss Ave, Luverne, MN 56156$10,000 Relocation Bonus for the right candidate.Benefits:Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)$10,000 Relocation Bonus401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible Work ScheduleResponsibilities:Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.Ford Certification required.ASE or OEM certifications a plus.Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
