You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better. No professional experience required – we will teach you if you are mechanically inclined. Responsibilities Assist customers with roadside services Learn preventative maintenance services Electrical diagnostics and repairs Air conditioning & heating diagnostics and repairs Wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs Air system diagnostics and repairs Air brakes diagnostics and repairs Charging system diagnostics and repairs Basic computer diagnostics and auxiliary component replacement Parts lookup and acquisition Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's) Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work at various temperatures Qualifications No professional experience required; mechanical inclination preferred Physical ability to lift and move 75+ pounds and work in varied temperatures Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation Love’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
