Construction Sales/Estimator

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Greenville, SC area recruit for a Sales/Estimator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates must have previous commercial drywall construction industry experience. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and feasibility studies for commercial construction projects Review blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate project scope Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project details and requirements Develop and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients Maintain a deep understanding of building materials, methods, and life cycle values Negotiate and manage contract terms in alignment with company and client expectations Monitor costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure project profitability and compliance Support the sales team with project data, bid strategies, and customer follow-up Requirements Previous experience in commercial drywall construction or a related field Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor requirements Excellent communication and negotiation skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal Proficiency in estimating software such as Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to both lead and collaborate Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
