The AD&S Vehicle Software team is responsible for the software running on these systems. Our software engineers collaborate with other engineering disciplines to develop software for vehicle control, networking, sensor integration, and telemetry. We are looking for engineers excited to build the foundational vehicle software stack that supports the wide range of AD&S initiatives, from early concept simulation to first flight to live operations to large scale fleet management.WHAT YOU'LL DODesign, build, and deploy a real-time, map-based interface for displaying and interacting with sensor data and commanding physical assetsFetch and manage large streams of data while maintaining performant rendering in a low-friction user experienceBuild and design immersive image-viewing experiences in a web-based platformTake ownership of initial, well-scoped projects with clear objectives. Work closely with colleagues to deliver results, understanding the importance of teamwork in achieving success.Partner with end-users to turn needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraintsTravel up to 15% of time to build, test, and deploy capabilities in the real worldREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearanceDegree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Electrical Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent experienceExperience working on frontend applications, preferably data-intensive or map-based systemsProficiency with a programming language such as Javascript or TypescriptExperience with ReactBroad experience in delivering functional outcomesA mindset towards innovative approaches of problem solvingUS Salary Range$166,000—$220,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
