Position OverviewWe are seeking a FP&A Analyst with approximately 5 years of experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights that drive decision-making.ResponsibilitiesSupport annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planningPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIsAssist with management decks and executive-level reportingMaintain and improve financial models for revenue, expenses, and headcountPartner with business leaders to understand drivers and assumptionsEnsure data accuracy across financial systems and spreadsheetsRequired SkillsetsThis position requires commuting 4 days per week to our corporate headquarters located in Stamford, CT3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experienceStrong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)Experience with financial systems (NetSuite a plus) Strong analytical skills with attention to detailExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive board members and senior executives, lead weekly business and financial review meetings, influence discussions, and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in FP&AEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similarAt ISG, we don’t just accept difference — we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our clients, and our communities.
