About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join its executive leadership team. The CCO will be responsible for leading the sales, marketing, and innovation functions, with a focus on driving profitable growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and expanding commercial capabilities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' progressive commercial leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading distribution channels, national or strategic accounts, and cross-functional commercial organizations. Strong strategic and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and margin management, is essential. The successful CCO will be a key player in shaping the company's growth strategy and future direction, and as such, must possess exceptional executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or other advanced business degree. The role demands a leader who can build, develop, or transform commercial teams while ensuring the delivery of profitable growth. Experience in corrugated, paperboard, packaging, or related industries is a plus, but not mandatory.
