Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Llyrena Sherwood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Help clients understand insurance options and guide them through the purchasing process. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with a supportive team to meet client needs and agency goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate.
