Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2448.00/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient emergency services. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret EKGs to identify arrhythmias. Perform procedures such as IV starts, phlebotomy, and other emergency interventions. Document patient care activities thoroughly in the electronic medical record (Meditech). Collaborate with team members including physicians, paramedics, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: Hold current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Have at least 1 year of recent emergency department experience. Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure. Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Be a licensed RN or paramedic with relevant certifications. Exhibit outgoing and positive personality traits suited for high-pressure settings.
