We'relooking to add team members to our successful private dentalpractice. As our patients' first point of contact, you'll be thefriendly voice, providing exceptional customer service and patientsupport. We'll rely on you to listen to our patients. and use yourreal passion for customer service to meet their needs. Because webelieve our individual skills, backgrounds, and passions help uspioneer a new kind of dentistry, we'll train you to be the best.We believe in creating a positive company culture that embracespersonal growth, team work and high levels of trust among team members.

SUMMARY:

You'rea problem solver and can easily connect with patients! You canhandle multiple phone lines while fielding in-office patientrequests. We will train you to be skilled at maximizing dentalinsurance benefits as you are regularly in contact with insurancecompanies to coordinate and estimate benefits. You have excellentverbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability toeffectively prioritize and manage your time. Most importantly, youare here to provide and incredible customer experience. You musthave the ability to work at least one evening per week until 7pmand two Saturday's per month.

DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Newpatient experience management •Answering multi-line inbound phonecalls •Support to the clinical team •Insurance verifications andtreatment estimates •Patient tours of the office •Schedulingappointments •Patient communication via phone calls, texts andemails •Fulfilling patient requests • Treatment presentation •Handling & processing payments & refunds • Managecommunication & practice management software • Administrativetasks including faxes, scans, etc. •Maintain cleanliness andorganization of the office •Entering & reporting on office& department statistics •Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required,Associate's Degree (AA) or Bachelor's Degree (BA) (preferred Not Required) •2+years of customer service experience •Computer skills required:knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

PHYSICALDEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Continuallyrequired to sit • Frequently required to stand • Frequently requiredto walk • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.• Continually required to talk or hear • While performing the dutiesof this job, the noise level in the work environment Is usually moderate
