At OHM Fitness, this isn't your average classit's a full-body, high-energy with low-intensity movements, confidence-boosting experience. You'll coach through the OHM Mountain Arc, educate members on EMS, and create an atmosphere that's powerful, empowering, and unforgettable.

What You'll Do
- Lead electrifying EMS workouts that challenge and inspire
- Educate members on EMS and how it maximizes results in less time
- Coach with confidence through the OHM Mountain Arc
- Check in with clients before, during, and after class to dial in comfort and performance
- Create an inclusive, high-energy, empowering environment
- Modify movements to meet every fitness level while keeping intensity high
- Keep the studio clean, dialed in, and class-ready
- Rep OHM Fitness at events and promosbring the energy beyond the studio walls.
