Our proprietary Flexologist™ training ensures that clients receive world‑class stretching sessions. Position Our Flexologists provide one‑on‑one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients. The goal is to create the best experience from a professional, customized stretch. Flexologists ensure that clients get the most out of their stretch without risking pain or injury, guiding them through each movement, explaining its purpose and expected feel, and educating them on daily routines to remain mobile and limber. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients. Learn and perform standard 25‑ and 50‑minute 1:1 stretch sessions plus group stretch classes; stretches cover all major muscle groups, extremities, small muscles, and the neck. Customise stretch sessions to fit individual client needs when warranted. Assess clients’ bodies, needs, and discuss outcome goals. Recommend and promote future visits and membership options with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high‑end experience to every client. Encourage and motivate clients throughout the full flexibility training program. Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads. Manage client care by updating notes consistently and booking recurring appointments. Ensure the safety of clients with proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations. Handle member concerns when applicable. Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed. Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention. Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use. Requirements Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility. Nationally certified and/or licensed as a physical therapist, athletic trainer, chiropractor, personal trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, or another specialized health & fitness professional. 1–2 years of previous experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting. Superior communication skills (verbal & written) to connect with and motivate clients. Physical ability to lift a minimum of 25–30 lbs above the head with ease. Desire to continually learn new principles in stretching, anatomy, overall fitness, health, and nutrition. Hands‑on training and experience in anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, post‑rehab, injury prevention, or athletic training is a plus. Positive attitude and dedication to helping others achieve long‑term progress and results. Experience providing hands‑on training with clients in a fitness/health environment. Fitness certification required. Ability to create a welcoming environment for all people. Fantastic communication skills and empathy. Professional work ethic with reliability and adherence to attendance policies.
