Senior Payroll Specialist

Senior Payroll Specialist Our client, apremier global investment firm based in Boston's Back Bay is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role supporting payroll for 1,000+ U.S. employees in a fast-paced, highly sophisticated organization. This position will pay between 90-100K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit. Key Responsibilities: Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll using ADP Handle off-cycle payroll payments and payroll-related adjustments Record payroll activity and reconcile journal entries in Workday Manage deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements Resolve employee payroll questions and issues Support annual payroll/corporate audits and HR/Finance projects Qualifications: 5-8 years of payroll experience Strong ADP experience; ADP Workforce Now preferred Experience with Workday Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
