Description:
$20-22/hr + Tips | Weekly Pay Take the next step in your Dunkin' career. As an Assistant Restaurant Leader, you're a key part of the crew, making great coffee and serving guests, while supporting the Manager in keeping the store running smoothly. Earn tips, get paid weekly, and grow toward Restaurant Manager. Leadership experience helps, but the right attitude matters most. What you'll get:

- Train newer crew and help them get up to speed
- Keep Dunkin' standards, recipes, and systems on point
- Support the Manager with daily operations, orders, and cost control
- Help keep the store safe, clean, and stocked
- Handle cash accurately and follow cash-management procedures
- Step in to support the team when the Manager is out
- Some leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Reliability and steady energy under a rush
- A valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and math skills
- A guest-first attitude
