We're looking for someone who is:Energetic, friendly, and approachableComfortable talking with patients and building relationshipsCompassionate and genuinely enjoys helping peoplePositive and upbeat, even when the clinic gets busyDependable and willing to jump in wherever neededA strong communicator and team playerOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable with computers and EMR systemsCustomer-service mindedFlexible and willing to work some evenings and SaturdaysIf you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.What You NeedHigh School Diploma or GED — proof requiredAt least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR completion of 180 documented externship hoursPhlebotomy experience requiredMedical Assistant experience preferred, but not requiredMA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not requiredExperience with minor procedures is a plusBasic knowledge of EMR systems, HIPAA, and clinical safety practicesMust pass a criminal background checkDon't Have Your MA Certification?That's okay! Certification isn't required.
