Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and advertising sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the IT Enterprise Systems Messaging & Collaboration department supporting program and portfolio operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the Program Management Office (PMO) and portfolio governance by preparing materials and updates for regular portfolio reviews
• Collect weekly updates from project and workstream leads and consolidate into program-level summaries
• Track and update program metrics on a weekly and monthly basis; maintain dashboards and scorecards
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and cross-project impacts to ensure smooth project execution
• Support program goal-setting, KPIs, and success metrics to measure progress and outcomes

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in Program Management, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional partner management skills, including experience managing relationships with global stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure consistent project execution
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with 3 days on-site in New York, Hudson Yards
