NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.TITLE: IT Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & CloudLOCATION: Atlanta, GA (on-site)POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:The IT Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across NCR Voyix's infrastructure, cloud, networking, managed services, and technology services categories. This role partners with technology, finance, legal, and business leaders to optimize spend, manage supplier relationships, and deliver commercial value while supporting the company's technology roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier selection activities for cloud, infrastructure, networking, managed services, telecommunications, and related technology categories.Negotiate and manage enterprise agreements, software licenses, cloud commitments, managed services agreements, and Statements of Work to achieve favorable commercial, operational, and risk outcomes.Develop and execute category strategies that drive cost savings, supplier optimization, risk mitigation, and alignment with business and technology objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives and business priorities.Manage strategic supplier performance through governance, business reviews, service-level monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide market intelligence, benchmarking, financial analysis, and sourcing recommendations to support investment decisions, contract renewals, and long-term technology planning.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.Five or more years of strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management experience.Three or more years sourcing and negotiating technology-related categories, including infrastructure, cloud, software, managed services, telecommunications, or professional services.Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiations, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and commercial agreements.Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud services, managed services, technology contracts, and total cost of ownership analysis.Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Seven or more years of technology sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.Experience negotiating agreements with major technology providers such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Oracle, Cisco, Dell, HPE, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar suppliers.Knowledge of cloud consumption models, infrastructure services, managed services, and technology supplier governance.MBA, CPSM, CSCP, ITIL, FinOps, cloud certification, or other relevant advanced degree or certification.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
