Aerotek is hiring for a asphalt laborer with WEEKLY pay!

$19-$24/HR

An Asphalt Laborer supports paving crews in the installation, repair, and maintenance of asphalt surfaces such as roads, parking lots, and driveways. This role involves physical labor, equipment handling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and resurfacing projects
• Load, unload, and distribute asphalt materials, tools, and equipment
• Rake, shovel, and level asphalt to ensure proper grading and smooth surfaces
• Operate hand tools and small equipment (tampers, rollers, blowers, saws, etc.)
• Support heavy equipment operators and paving machine crews
• Clean and prepare work sites prior to paving
• Remove debris, old pavement, or surfaces as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and wearing PPE
• Direct traffic around work zones when required
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by the foreman or supervisor

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail in maintaining asphalt quality and finish
• Awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
• Good communication and teamwork skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monroeville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Monroeville,PA.
