Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers, including monitoring fetal heart rates and assessing contractions.
• Support the delivery process, including assisting with cesarean sections and managing immediate postpartum care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized care plans and provide patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system.
• Participate in on-call rotations approximately 1-3 shifts every six weeks.
• Float as necessary to other OB units to meet facility needs and provide consistent patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado with at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Certifications required: AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP, and C-EFM.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Ability to provide high-quality care for higher-risk pregnancies, including those on Magnesium sulfate.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Flexible to work all days of the week, including weekends, and capable of floating to related OB units.
