Territory Administrator (Charlotte, NC)

IDR is seeking a Territory Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing administrative and operational duties across multiple properties and market teams within a dynamic organization. The company specializes in administrative support, facilities management, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview for the Territory Administrator:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and support duties for all company properties and market teams in a designated territory.
• Oversee financial administration, vendor management, facilities upkeep, and operational reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient processes, cost-effective operations, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Handle contract management, procurement, budget preparation, and inventory oversight.
• Support the safety and security standards of territory offices, including fleet and data security management.

Requirements for the Territory Administrator:

• 5+ years of administrative, operations, or territory support experience
• Experience supporting budgets and monthly forecasting
• Procurement and purchasing experience
• Contract management and vendor oversight
• Facilities or office management experience
