Raytheon has an opportunity for an Infrastructure Specialist to join the Patriot Missile (PM) Factory As part of our team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to help ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of business functions while supporting ongoing projects and team initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and maintain shared resources and workspaces.
• Assist with tracking project activities, schedules, and key deliverables
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage office supply inventory
• Perform additional duties and special projects as signed

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of those areas: Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Process improvement and/or products or Project Management.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
