Senior Tax Accountant

LHH is assisting our client on their search for a Tax Accountant to join their public accounting firm in Tulsa, OK. This position will be responsible for preparing tax returns, supporting tax planning initiatives, and working directly with clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have prior public accounting tax experience and a strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations. Responsibilities: Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities Review financial information and supporting documentation for tax compliance Assist with tax planning and research Communicate with clients regarding tax questions and documentation needs Identify potential tax issues and opportunities Support senior team members with complex tax projects and engagements Stay current on changes to federal and state tax regulations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting CPA or CPA eligibility preferred Strong understanding of federal and state taxation Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
