Registered Nurse (RN) - LTC

Registered Nurse Nursing

Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred

Wisconsin Registered Nursing license

Current CPR/BLS certification

1+ years of related work experience preferred

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Communicate timely with physicians and families regarding significant changes in resident conditions

Complete all applicable resident assessments

Administer medications while following the 5 Rights

Perform wound care and assessments as needed

Monitor residents for changes in condition and assist CNAs as necessary

Maintain accurate resident records with thorough and precise charting
