Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Average patient load of 9–11 patients per day (10 on average) Patient population includes orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related diagnoses Charting performed in Cerner EMR Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (8-hour shifts with a required 30-minute lunch) No weekend requirement Clinic is supported by 2 PTAs; no rehab aides or OTAs on staff 14-week contract Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience Active state PT license required (pending licenses not accepted); license required if applicable Active BLS certification required (pending certifications not accepted) Experience with Cerner EMR preferred Driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of outpatient orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients 1–2 day floor-specific orientation provided Professional attire required; no specific scrub color Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity-affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered American Traveler Job ID #P-717392.
