The Floor Leader position performs a full spectrum of duties, contributing to an exceptional guest experience, employee satisfaction and the financial health of the business. Responsibilities Model the way for excellent guest service demonstrating a standard of excellence Perform the Manager on Duty shift in front of house/concierge desk, demonstrating a high level of care for all guests Collaborate with the General Manager to assess client survey feedback and formulate a follow‑up action plan Ensure our concierge team is well integrated into milk + honey and build strong relationships Participate in setting retail goals for staff and creating contests and motivation to support retail goals Ensure that retail shelves are dusted and stocked, provide daily motivation for the team including role‑playing retail sales scenarios with Concierge to ensure goals are met Assess the level of guest service being provided at the front desk, deliver continuous coaching to elevate and enhance the experience Support and drive brand loyalty and repeat guests through membership sign ups Support inventory process as it relates to placing orders, checking in purchase orders for back‑bar supplies and retail products, maintaining product standards and organization in the retail space, merchandising retail space, and completing monthly inventory counts with the Operations Manager or General Manager Display a professional attitude and maintain composure; provide the team with a positive and motivating work environment and lead by example Work closely with Leadership to ensure spa and salon protocols and company standards are maintained Contribute to positive morale and support location leadership in educating concierge teams to uphold strong communication, a high level of guest experience, and reduce client friction Work with leadership to conduct and manage monthly inventory processes The Floor Lead oversees daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and team motivation Collaborate with management on retail goals, inventory processes, and staff coaching to maintain high company standards Requirements / Qualifications Must be able to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift inclusive of being able to stand, bend, and perform treatments for extended periods of time Passionate about milk + honey and the wellness industry Leadership experience Experience being a team player Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays Eagerness to learn and grow within the company Solution driven and open to feedback Benefits Competitive compensation plan Affordable Health, Dental and Vision plans after 30 days of employment (for qualifying employment status) Paid Time Off upon hire (for qualifying employment status) Matching 401(k) plan (for qualifying employment status) Company paid Basic Life/AD&D Internal growth + mobility Monthly spa credit Generous discounts on Spa, Salon, and medSPA treatments and products (based on location availability) Training opportunities and continuing education LA Fitness Discount Return‑to‑Work bonus for new parents following Maternity Leave (for qualifying employment status) Tenure Bonus Program Employee Referral Bonus Program Paid volunteer time off opportunities Why You’ll Love it Here Embrace Kindness: Work in a supportive environment where your well‑being and the well‑being of our guest come first.
