Job Level: Management Location: Carrollton TX - Carrollton, TX 75006 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $21.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the store. Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation. Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling. Organize and supervise employee shifts. Participate in management and personnel meetings. Check stock levels and order supplies and materials. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety. Perform additional duties at the store when circumstances dictate. QUALIFICATIONS Associate/Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations, at a leadership level. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines to meet changing demands. Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept. Availability to work on weekends and holidays. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires moderate physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
