What You'll Do:

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Responsible for directing work of third-party contractors.
• Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Assures all contractors and employees know and follow safety and work rules and policies.
• Assures all contractors and employees know and follow safety and work rules and policies.
• Duties are to oversee all operational, construction, safety, and personnel work is received from operations director, and also from the Field personnel, it is then assigned to the field supervisors to be completed.
• Directs the daily activities of an average of ten (10) employees.

What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent education with at least five to ten (5-10) years of experience or on the job training; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of fluid flow, pressure, hydrostatic heard, pump characteristics and pipeline operations.
• Two (2) years in a supervisory position.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Ability to travel and work in remote areas on a day-to-day basis; may be on call.

• English language fluency, verbal and written.

• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
