Enterprise Client Partner, Enterprise AI [Remote]

Build strategic enterprise relationships that bring AI agents and AI systems into real business workflows. This remote, full-time role combines enterprise sales, technical discovery, deployment strategy, and long-term account growth. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close enterprise customers through targeted outbound prospecting, warm introductions, and ecosystem relationships.
• Own client relationships from initial technical discovery through long-term strategic partnership.
• Lead high-stakes discussions with engineering, product, data, and executive stakeholders.
• Create proposals and deal structures suited to complex AI deployments and enterprise needs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to align customer requirements with delivery.
• Support successful deployment and expansion of AI agents and AI systems within customer workflows.
• Maintain clear pipeline visibility and provide strategic signals for internal decision-making.
• Share product feedback and market insights that inform roadmap and positioning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong technical intuition.
• Experience owning enterprise relationships in AI, SaaS, or other highly technical environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Client acquisition, outbound prospecting, enterprise partnership, and enterprise AI experience.
• Comfort working with evolving product capabilities and ambiguous technical requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias toward action, and focus on long-term account growth.

• Experience with human data teams, enterprise AI teams, or enterprise data organizations.
• Familiarity with AI agent deployments, model evaluation workflows, or human-in-the-loop systems.
• Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth technology organizations.

• Listed compensation range: $220, 000 to $400, 000 annually.
• National base salary range: $140, 000 to $180, 000 USD annually.
• Equity compensation is available to all employees. Performance-based bonuses may also be available depending on role and applicable policies.
