Position Overview We are actively looking to hire a clinical psychologist in the Middletown area who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities & Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions. Some psychological testing; most testing will be referred to psychometrists. Benefits Competitive compensation $130,000+ and a productivity‑based compensation model. Signing bonus. Unlimited/uncapped earnings with above‑market compensation. Hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in‑person flexibility; flexible work schedule. Outpatient only, no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, EAP, and more. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional).
