About LifeStance Health LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence‑based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults, delivered in outpatient in‑person clinics and through telemedicine. Position Overview We are actively looking to hire a clinical psychologist in the Middletown area who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities & Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions. Some psychological testing; most testing will be referred to psychometrists. Benefits Competitive compensation $130,000+ and a productivity‑based compensation model. Signing bonus. Unlimited/uncapped earnings with above‑market compensation. Hybrid schedule with telemedicine and in‑person flexibility; flexible work schedule. Outpatient only, no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends. Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, EAP, and more. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid‑levels (optional).
