Assistant Residence DirectorPay: $22.50/hr with an additional $1/hr for active MAP certificationSchedule: (FO) Tuesday 9-5pm, Wednesday 8a-4p, Thurs & Friday 3-10pm, Saturday 3-11pm. Seven Hills is seeking a dedicated Assistant Residence Director to support the day-to-day operations of our residential programs and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.As an Assistant Residence Director, you’ll work closely with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered support while promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for the individuals we serve.Starting pay is $22.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification.All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour and are not subject to differentials.Benefits for Full-time employees:Health Insurance: Offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with generous company contribution.Enhanced Retirement Plan: 25% - 33% Employer match based on tenure.Student Loan Assistance: Consolidation, counseling, & limited employer contribution!Discounted Tuition with College & University Partnerships!Tuition Assistance: Reimbursed or prepaid college coursework!Home Mortgage Initiative: Favorable down payment (3-5%), reduced closing costs co-paid by Seven Hills!Work-Life Balance:Generous Accrued Paid Vacation: 3 weeks in your first year!Vacation Cash-Out Option3 Paid Personal Days11 Paid HolidaysAccrued Paid Sick TimeWhat You'll Do:Residential Leadership & SupervisionAssist the Residence Director with the oversight of daily residence operations.Supervise and train residential staff, modeling best practices in care and support.Lead teams by example, promoting collaboration, problem-solving, and positive communication.Provide on-call coverage as needed, including occasional weekends and RD vacation coverage.Individual Support & CareSupport residents to learn, practice, and master life skills, fostering independence and community engagement.Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and therapeutic interventions with accuracy and consistency.Monitor health, nutrition, medication administration, and appointments in accordance with guidelines.Maintain clean, safe, and orderly residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable home environment.Community & Family EngagementMaintain positive relationships with residents’ families, guardians, and external service providers.Support community integration and social opportunities for residents.Advocate for residents’ goals and interests within the residence and the broader community.Administrative & Operational DutiesAssist with financial management, including budgeting, tracking individual expenses, and maintaining records.Participate in supervision meetings, staff meetings, and performance evaluations.Document care and progress notes, ensuring compliance with agency standards.Complete required certifications and ongoing training (e.g., MAP, CPR, First Aid).Why Join Seven Hills?At Seven Hills, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as a residential leader while making a tangible difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
