ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in banking and financial services. I’m a graduate of Grand View University and a former college athlete. Outside of the office, I’m a proud dad of two boys and spend much of my time coaching football, baseball, and basketball.

Giving back to kids in our community is especially important to me. In addition to coaching local youth sports, I run Agents4Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children in need. The values I’ve learned through athletics and coaching—teamwork, accountability, resilience, and helping others succeed—are also a big part of how I lead our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Tony Hoaglund - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
