ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Here at Zach Augustyn - State Farm Insurance in Maple Grove, MN, we offer over 25 years of experience! I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025.

We treat our customers like family, assisting with relocations and addressing all individual insurance concerns. We are committed to community involvement, we volunteer and coach youth sports throughout the Twin Cities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an account representative at Augustyn Agency State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Written, Verbal and Listening.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
