I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025. We treat our customers like family, assisting with relocations and addressing all individual insurance concerns. We are committed to community involvement, we volunteer and coach youth sports throughout the Twin Cities. Our team enjoys a vibrant workplace culture with regular monthly events like potlucks, social gathers and weekly challenges for our social media presence. We also celebrate together with festive holiday parties, fostering a strong sense of community and pride for our company.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
