About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Regional Director to provide field sales coverage in the New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with various intermediary clients, with a focus on broker-dealer, independent broker-dealer, and RIA advisors. This role requires a significant amount of time spent in the field, representing the company and its investment products. The VP, Regional Director will be expected to spend no less than 80% of their time in the field, and their duties will include developing new business, growing market share, and working with regional associates to enhance sales and client service. Applicants for the VP, Regional Director position should have an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience, with a preference for those with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. A minimum of 10 years' investment and financial services experience is preferred, along with FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations. The role demands a proven track record in financial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong personal leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills, and be willing to travel extensively within the territory. Responsibilities also include adhering to compliance guidelines, understanding the company's product philosophy, and fulfilling administrative tasks in a timely manner.
