About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Investments Talent Acquisition Business Lead. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping the future of talent within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on the investments business. This includes serving as a senior partner to executive leaders, advising on talent strategy, and leading a high-performing recruiting team to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in executive and senior leadership recruiting, the ability to influence and advise senior executives, and a strong commitment to fostering inclusive hiring practices. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Investments Talent Acquisition Business Lead at the company include leading the executive officer recruiting strategy, building and maintaining long-term relationships with executive talent, and ensuring a consistent, compelling candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with a background in investment management, asset management, or related financial services. They should be adept at leveraging recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and technology to improve hiring outcomes and be experienced in leading organizational change and driving the adoption of recruiting best practices. The role also requires excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for continuous improvement in the recruiting experience.
