This is a technical role that will require skills in multiple disciplines listed below to support the Andersen Window and Door Business. Primary responsibilities include:/pulliStrong focus on customer service/liliUnderstand safety rules and procedures to safely perform all tasks/liliKnow and practice respectful workplace behavior/liliAssist Groundskeeping crew to improve and maintain the properties including fertilization, pruning, weed control, irrigation, mowing, trimming, raking, clean-up, repairs, trash removal, etc./liliSupport preventive maintenance efforts of HVAC equipment including cleaning and filter changes/liliAssist current Facilities team members in the troubleshooting and maintenance of the entire plant utilities, (electrical, water, humidity, sprinkler, steam, compressed air, chilled water, waste water, HVAC, dust collection, elevator/reciprocating, environmental, etc/li/ulh3Must Have Qualifications/h3ulliFirst semester completed in a maintenance discipline./liliStrong mechanical aptitude/liliBasic knowledge of print reading/liliUnderstand mechanical fastener type/li/ulh3Nice-To-Have Qualifications/h3ulliWelding skills/liliBasic HVAC knowledge/liliBasic plumbing knowledge/liliAC/DC Theory/liliAbility to read a multimeter/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3ulliMust be able to stand for 8 hours/liliMust be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs./liliSome heavy lifting required at low frequency.
