This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technical work in a dynamic and collaborative lab environment. If you're passionate about science and precision, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a reliable Laboratory Technician to join our small polymer concrete manufacturing team. You will support day-to-day production, test concrete specimens, keep inventory and assist with process improvements. Training on our specific materials and methods will be provided. Responsibilities Help with the production of concrete samples for research purposes Help build custom molds Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean conditions Maintain inventory of materials and consumables Communicate effectively any issues with concrete samples to help improve the products Support general production and shop activities Critical Abilities Comfortable and competent with power tools and hand tools Ability to measure precisely and work accurately Basic understanding of chemistry Strong teamwork skills Good record-keeping habits Ability to lift more than 50 lbs regularly Safety-oriented mindset Proactive and willing to learn and grow within the company Preferred Experience (a plus, not required) Masonry, carpentry, or mechanic background Bilingual Preferred (Spanish & English) but not required.
