As a Machine Operator, youll work with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring smooth production and exceptional quality. From machine setup and calibration to performance monitoring and finishing operations, youll play a critical role in transforming raw materials into finished products while building valuable technical expertise along the way./ph3Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities/h3p1. Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements./pp2. Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision./pp3. May be involved in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment./pp4. Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations./pp5. Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures./pp6. Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements./pp7. Follows established documentation for product manufacturing./pp8. Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary./pp9. Performs other functions as required./ph3Job Requirements:/h3pMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred./ppMinimum Experience: 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints./ppSpecial Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts. Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions./ppPay Range: $19.75 - $25.01/ppOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integers success.
