Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans by utilizing an evidence-based approach tailored to each senior client.

• Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate with team members to craft pre-crisis and crisis response plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to implement positive behavior support strategies and effective treatment methodologies within secure frameworks.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our clinic’s standards of excellence.

• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and external service systems including state agencies and community partners, enhancing the support available to our clients.

• Foster open communication with community stakeholders to promote our clinic’s mission and expand our outreach efforts.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to geriatric mental health.

• In collaboration with the Clinic Director, undertake additional tasks and projects that support the goals of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
