Work Environment\n

As a Remote Counselor, you will utilize telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both you and your clients. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring that seniors can engage in sessions easily from the comfort of their homes. You will adhere to a regular work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, while maintaining a work-life balance that fosters both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their specific needs and create individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on elderly individuals who are dealing with various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline. Many of our clients are coping with significant life changes, including retirement, bereavement, or diagnosis of chronic illnesses. Therefore, your ability to foster a feeling of safety and trust will be paramount to achieving therapeutic objectives and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
