RV Station Service Specialist -(Full Time)

The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• #1 priority is you lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our RVs ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure!

• Conduct vehicle inspections , identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.

• Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot , including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians. Candidate must be least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles.

• You explain and put a smile on our customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

• You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits

• You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station prepared for a awesome adventure!

• You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction

• You are a self-starter and know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done

• Experience in providing customers with world class customer service.

• Valid in state drivers license.

• Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• This position requires the ability to drive our company vehicles, due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
  

WORK CONDITIONS

• Job Type: Hourly, Full Time- Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 (based on experience)

• Working mostly outdoors

• Ability to lift and move at least 45lbs+

• Location: 200 El Camino Real, Millbrae, CA 94030
