Customer Growth Associate, Google Customer Solutions (English)

Serve as a consultative sales advisor to SMB customers and agency partners. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to align Google advertising products with their growth goals.Own and manage a high-volume set of accounts. Engage with clients via phone and email to identify upsell opportunities, drive product adoption, and exceed quarterly revenue and growth goals.Evaluate campaign performance, deliver data-driven account recommendations, and pitch advanced digital marketing strategies to business owners.Execute full-cycle relationship management from proactive outreach and client pitches to internal strategy building and campaign performance reviews.Meet and exceed individual business quotas while delivering an outstanding, high-value experience to Google's advertisers.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or business development role.Experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development through full time roles, internships, projects or academic classes.Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.Preferred qualifications:Certification in Google Ads.Experience with Google Ads and online advertising.Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, or similar fields.Familiarity with managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).Ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in business and technology, and a passion for helping businesses grow online.Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google’s unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
